NRS 392.040 — Compulsory Attendance Ages
Establishes compulsory enrollment from age six until age eighteen, kindergarten and first-grade entry ages, and the kindergarten waiver available for qualifying five-year-olds.
NRS 388D.020 — Notice of Intent to Homeschool
The principal filing statute covering deadlines, permitted information, changes of name or address, district acceptance, privacy, and the written acknowledgment.
NRS 388D.050 — Homeschool Educational Plan
